Position description
This position will perform a range of functions in support of the Mayo Clinic Executive Office, specifically supporting executive leadership at Mayo Clinic in Arizona. The position will provide primary support for executive outreach at an enterprise level, including responsibility for writing and communications on behalf of executive leadership; ensuring that engagement opportunities are reviewed and assessed based on a standard set of criteria; development of reports of the program's performance, including measurement of return on investment; development of background/briefing documents in collaboration with Public Affairs, Development and other Mayo Clinic staff. This person will serve as primary liaison with outside counsel to develop proactive strategy for placement of leaders in preferred settings to establish and enhance the public profile of Mayo Clinic with key stakeholders. The Executive Office Manager takes an active leadership role to successfully drive, develop, implement, monitor and measure results of executive office efforts to advance Mayo Clinic's strategic plan and business objectives. May directly supervise coordinators, associates or specialists or indirectly supervise functional areas of responsibility. Manages ongoing relationship with third parties and contractors. Manages budgets. Exhibits servant leadership with empathy, kindness and support inspiring loyalty. Instills direction, alignment and commitment for a shared sense of purpose.

Compensation Detail
Education, experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended. The minimum salary every 2 weeks is approx $3661.60, based on a full-time position.
