Senior Data Architect (Creative Design)

Work with the Data Governance and Global Data Architecture teams to develop, implement and execute a long-term strategic plan covering all aspects of data standards and rules for the use of data globally across all areas of the organization. The outputs from the plan will higher quality, faster development cycles, reduced development costs and greater agility to respond to customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Key Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Data Architect in a data company
• Minimum of 10 years experience in IT
• Knowledge of data architecture, design principles and standards and worked directly in Data Architecture within a technology organization.
• Working skills in MetaData Management and Tools supporting MetaData
• Experience of data modeling including producing conceptual, logical and physical data models
• An understanding of relational database management systems, data-warehousing systems/principles, and data transport formats.
• AWS knowledge/certification is preferred
• Exposure to various data messaging formats like XML, JSON, AVRO and others are beneficial
• Strong communication skills. Ability to interact with cross-functional groups in an effective manner.
• Must be ready and willing to present to senior leaders in organization to promote Data Architecture and Data Governance deliverables.
• Self-starting, highly motivated and globally orientated
• Good analytical skills
• Strategic thinker with a focus on business requirements and outcome
• Desire and ability to deliver to aggressive project time scales whilst ensuring that high levels of quality are maintained.
