Provide general administrative support to CHP's Construction operations.
Perform other duties as assigned by SVP of Construction.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Must exercise sound judgment, possess a high level of interpersonal skills and have ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Excellent communication skills required (both verbal and written), and ability to interact and communicate with individuals of all abilities and at all levels of the organization.
Ability to accurately perform basic to intermediate mathematical functions as well as basic accounting/bookkeeping functions.
Must be proficient in a variety of computer software applications in word processing and spreadsheets (Word, Excel).
Demonstrated ability to accurately and quickly gather data, compile information, keep accurate records, and prepare statistical reports.
Must have knowledge of and ability to operate computers and standard office equipment.
Work requires continual attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must possess a current drivers license with driving record consistent with CHP insurability requirements
