Senior Associate, Learning & Development Technologist (Finance)

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Senior Associate, Learning & Development Technologist, you will play a critical role in supporting the organization's Learning & Development (L&D) strategy by leveraging Workday functionality. In this position you will partner closely with the broader HRIS team, Organizational Learning partners, and L&D design and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of L&D priorities. To be successful in this role you must possess a strong understanding of HRIS Systems, preferably Workday's learning modules and reporting capabilities, helping to drive efficient processes and improve user experience. You will serve as a key partner in the design & delivery process, and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide training programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance standards.You will thrive in this role if you are passionate about enabling people to achieve their full potential and driving excellence in learning and development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with HRIS and L&D teams to implement and optimize Workday Learning functionalities in alignment with business goals.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot Workday Learning workflows, ensuring smooth system operation and user accessibility.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor learning program effectiveness and compliance.
  • Support learning program implementation, including content uploads, course assignments, and data integrity checks.
  • Partner with Organizational Learning teams to assess system capabilities and recommend enhancements to improve user experience.
  • Provide technical support for Workday Learning, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system updates.
  • Ability to work with internal and external auditors to run compliance reports and provide requested training records.
  • Support Enterprise Learning and Development Programs, including Train the Trainer, New Hire Orientation & Enterprise Program Administration.
  • Stay up to date with Workday system updates and industry best practices to recommend process improvements.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Education, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience working with HRIS systems, preferred Workday Learning.
  • 1+ year of experience with HRIS Learning modules and reporting.
  • 1+ year ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States

PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
  • Workday certification or specialized training in Workday Learning.
  • Experience in system testing, implementation, and process improvement within HR technology.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and broader L&D best practices.
  • Experience partner with HRIS, L&D teams, and cross-functional stakeholders in a corporate environment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Remote work available once a week for eligible employees
  • This role is not eligible for relocation
  • Full time position, based in the Racine office
