The Blackboard Client Experience Team is focused on ensuring the successful adoption of Blackboard products and overall health of the relationship with our clients. In this role, you will report to and work with the Senior Director of Client Experience in North America to provide leadership over an organization of professionals and serve as the key deputy providing operational support to this fast-growing unit. You will play a lead role in the development of operating plans and budgets for the business unit and assist with strategic planning. One of your key responsibilities will be to develop and improve internal and external business processes to create coherence within the functional area and coordinate cross functional activities to ensure understanding and alignment. You will also play a key role with corporate initiatives, ensuring operational compliance.
