WHO YOU ARE
As the System Support Analyst, you will be part of a help desk team concentrating on needs in the Reno distribution center. Position works from ServiceNow requests and incidents. There will be a concentration of handling network and equipment installation and problem solving. This position will be responsible for all equipment in the Reno facility, printers, computers, barcode equipment. This position will also support other locations with their requests and incidents.
