Job Responsibilities
The Customer Support Business Group (CSBG) is one of the fastest growing businesses at Lam, driven by Lam's strong market share in semiconductor equipment, and the longevity of its systems in mature fabs. The Spares Product Line is a linchpin of CSBG's revenue.
This role will fill a critical need for analytics in the Spares Product Line, developing our database of critical parts and tracking customer usage across a suite of applications that span Lam's entire business. The role is highly cross-functional, focused on interacting with regional teams and the Product Groups.
