Plan, initiate, and manage Information Technology (IT) projects. Lead and guide the work of technical staff. Serve as a liaisonbetween business and technical resources. Plan project stages and assess business and technical implication for each stage. Monitor progress to ensure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Participate in project planning sessionsDevelop and manage work breakdown structure (WBS) of IT projectsDevelop and update project plans for IT projectsCoordinate staff and internal resourcesManage project progress and adapt work as required to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scopeManage relationships with clients and stakeholdersOversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation - including project objectives, statements of work, technologies/systems, specifications, schedules, funding, and staffingParticipate in project reviews and create status reports for stakeholders and leadership Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneouslyConflict resolution experienceAssociate degree with additional experience Bachelor Degree (4 year college degree or equivalent) is preferredProject Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plusUp to 4 years of experience
