Overview
The Treasury Technology Services (TTS) unit is the embedded Information Technology organization for the Treasury Division at FRB St. Louis. The TTS develops and supports applications ranging from off-the-shelf cash management packages to enterprise-level custom accounting systems. The TTS is seeking a Senior Project Manager who will lead an application development team charged with creating and implementing new releases of web-based systems. Responsibilities include: Process Documentation, Project Schedules, Project Management Plans and Artifacts, Project Status Reports, Meeting Documentation, Action Items, Communications, Quality Review Assessment Reports, Quality Management Plans and Quality Metrics and Program or Portfolio level reporting.
The Senior Project Manager must have solid experience managing large scale complex projects with an established record of delivering systems on time and within budget. The business clients for this application are within the US Treasury and also support other government agencies. The client is geographically dispersed. The project team size will likely be 10-15 resources consisting of a project manager, a technical lead, systems analysts, Java developers, a data architect, and a part-time application architect. The Senior Project Manager will direct the technical staff yet that staff will report to their resource manager.
