Trilogy Residential Management (“Company”) is the affiliated Property Management Company of Trilogy Real Estate Group, a privately held real estate investment and property management firm with a focus on multifamily apartments and commercial real estate. Since 2002, the principals of Trilogy have successfully invested in real estate assets valued in excess of $1.7 billion. Trilogy has a proven expertise in timing real estate cycles and sourcing and managing outstanding real estate investments in major markets around the United States. The Community Manager is responsible for the overall performance of their community. They are involved in all aspects of property operations including human resources, budgets and financials, leasing and maintenance and activities, resident services and accounts payable and receivable, and expenses. They are responsible for the development and execution of site operational plans in accordance with the community's financial objectives. The Community Manager is responsible for hiring and training all onsite positions and working closely with their team and Regional Property Manager to support the community goals, and achieve the highest Net Operating Income possible, and promote resident satisfaction. The Community Manager will control cost, maximize revenue, increase resident retention, develop relationships with vendors and contractors, and implement a competitive marketing strategy, as well as ensure implementation and execution of all corporate policies and procedures.
