Human Resources Business Partner, Operations (Project Management)
The HR Business Partner is responsible for working with leaders and managers assisting in the education, communication and delivery of HR practices, programs and policies, including talent assessment, performance and compensation management, diversity and inclusion, human capital metrics and coaching. The HRBP will educate and train teams on benefits, policies, diversity and key HR activities (equity, benefits, engagement surveys, etc.). Serves as a partner between corporate HR and the Operations leadership to design and deliver on Human Capital strategies and solutions, including leadership development, succession planning, strategic staffing and organizational design and effectiveness.
