The New York Fed is searching for a People Experience Leader to help us elevate our commitment to being an organization where employees are heard, respected and valued.
The People Experience team promotes organizational excellence by providing a broad range of services including consulting, engagement, internal communications, surveys, personnel assessment/selection, workforce planning, as well as critical relationship management responsibilities to the Bank. The team is responsible for connecting with employees, empowering people managers, supporting team effectiveness and engagement initiatives, planning and delivering people programs, and being a cultural steward. In this role, you will develop best in class programs that attract and retain exceptional talent while promoting and advancing Diversity & Inclusion. You will work within a matrixed, cross-cultural organization in support of the continued evolution of our culture and people strategy.
This is an inaugural role at the New York Fed and if you are the person for this role, you run towards opportunities that offer increased autonomy, strategic and tactical engagement and the ability to help build on foundational and first-ever movements. Reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer, you will bring the capacity to lead change by informing, influencing and inspiring others, with passion and values about people, inclusion, engagement and culture. You will model and set a tone of expectation with respect to collaborating with colleagues and others proactively, relying heavily on the expertise and leadership of others across the Bank and System to achieve shared accountability for desired outcomes.
