Job Summary
The Office Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the office is operating smoothly including management of the facilities, processing invoices for payment, processing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, scheduling meetings, maintaining, and stocking common areas, and ordering supplies.
The Office Coordinator will support a team across multiple locations with general administrative duties such as billing, accounts receivable monitoring, and ensuring the quality of deliverables to clients to include invoices, letters, reports, and other documents. A large portion of the job consists of proofreading and editing documents while working at a fast pace.
The Office Coordinator may also be asked to complete data entry projects that require a high degree of accuracy and the use of self-checking processes to ensure quality deliverables. The position may also require marketing assistant duties such as researching, compiling data, or copywriting proposals or other materials.
The successful Office Coordinator is an enthusiastic and professional individual who doesn't mind serving in many roles. Experienced in a wide range of administrative tasks and executive support, the Office Manager is able to work independently and appropriately prioritize work. Well organized, flexible, and enjoys the challenges of supporting a diverse team in a rapidly changing environment.
