Bakersfield Post Acute, a skilled nursing facility in Bakersfield, CA, is hiring a Full-Time Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) to join our dedicated care team!

Position Summary:
As an RNA, you will work closely with our nursing and therapy teams to assist residents with restorative care programs aimed at maintaining or improving their physical function and quality of life.

Requirements:

• Must have an active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
• Prior experience in restorative nursing is a plus but not required—we will train the right candidate
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to resident-centered care

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with range-of-motion exercises, ambulation, and other restorative programs
• Accurately document services provided and resident progress
• Collaborate with nursing and rehab staff to follow individualized care plans
• Encourage resident independence and support their recovery goals
