Senior Learning Design Consultant - Remote (Finance)



The Senior Learning Design Consultant is a key member of the Enterprise Learning & Leadership Development Design team, responsible for designing and delivering impactful learner-centered solutions that support enterprise initiatives.

The role serves as a trusted partner and performance consultant, translating complex business needs into innovative learning experiences that build capability, drive behavior change, and improve performance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with business leaders and stakeholders to identify strategic priorities, performance gaps, and learning needs, with a focus on enabling workforce readiness and transformation.
  • Design and implement engaging outcome-based learning solutions using modern learning methodologies (e.g., microlearning, blended experiences, simulations) that drive skill development and measurable behavior change.
  • Facilitate strategic learning engagements, such as learning strategy sessions, design workshops, and pilot programs to gather insights, validate needs, and iterate on learning experience.
  • Collaborate cross functionally with internal teams (e.g., inhouse developer, communications, Learning Enablement) and external partners, to co-create learning that is timely, relevant, and aligned with enterprise goals.
  • Apply instructional design and adult learning principles to ensure content is clear, actionable, and accessible to diverse healthcare audiences
  • Adapt quickly and operate with agility, managing multiple priorities while maintaining quality, speed, and stakeholder alignments.
  • Continuously measure learning effectiveness through feedback, data, and performance outcomes; recommend improvements to enhance impact and learner engagement.
  • Stay current on trends in learning industry and bring forward innovative ideas to elevate learning solutions.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Instructional Design, Learning Science, or related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in learning and development, preferably within healthcare or regulated industry.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively, across cross functional teams and communicate effectively with a variety of audiences.
  • Experience leading large-scale learning programs tied to measurable business outcomes.
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and flexible in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in learning design tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Vyond, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite), LMS and LXP platforms, and Microsoft 365.
  • Travel required:

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 98,600 - 164,400 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
