Associate Customer Success Advocate (Project Management)

As Associate Client Success Advocate, you will be dedicated to growing the adoption of all products/solutions and maintaining continued satisfaction with all Blackboard products and services. Reporting to the Call Center Supervisor, you will work closely with the field Client Success Managers, Account Executives, and others on the Bb Support team, focusing on showing value of the client's relationship with Blackboard and identifying other sales opportunities. This role is cross-functional and empowered to marshal organizational resources to promote the successful adoption of our solutions, or to resolve troublesome customer issues by identifying and targeting root causes, while balancing the financial realities and strategic goals of the company.
