Customer Service Associate (Project Management)
Greeting all customers and providing them with prompt and friendly service; determining why they're visiting and what you can do to help exceed their expectations.
Recommending merchandise to customers based on their individual requirements, wants, and needs.
Advising customers on how to use and careful their purchases, providing advice regarding products and services, and explaining the use and advantage of the merchandise.
Teaming up with peers to ensure customer satisfaction in every way possible.
Quoting prices and discounts, as well as credit terms when applicable.
Maintaining inventory in the back and arranging it on the store floor.
Pricing and tagging merchandise, setting up promotional materials and displays, and making sure the inventory is fully replenished.
Maintaining a neat and tidy store by ensuring department is fully stocked, clean, and shoppable.
Other duties and projects as assigned in the everchanging world of retail.
What You Bring to the Job
Strong ability to communicate with people from many different backgrounds and do so effectively with customers and employees.
You know how to manage your time to make sure things get done right and on time.
You're self-motivated so you don't need people to tell you what to do and you have the ability to motivate those around you to do the same.
Requirements
Flexibility to meet business needs, including working evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
Must be able to do some lifting and moving of heavier inventory--up to 25 pounds--in the store with or without accommodation.
You'll need to move around the store to help customers and employees.
