Martial Arts Assistant - Briargate (Finance)
Must be 18 years of age
Must hold at least 1st Degree Black Belt
Two to three years' experience in teaching karate
KEY FOCUS AREAS:
Encourage progress at each participant's own rate
Monitor and assist students while Head or Assistant Instructor is leading the class
Lead participants through workout routines providing an enthusiastic and non-competitive atmosphere as directed by and under the constant supervision of the Head or Assistant Instructor.
Keep accurate class roster, ensuring that participants are properly enrolled and have paid fees.
Support and follow YMCA policies and decisions
