Picks up parts inventory from vendors and delivers to designated locations
Maintains an orderly and clean inventory warehouse area Restocks parts in designated storage areas and maintains accurate inventory count on all stock parts according to mid/max levels assigned
Maintains inventory integrity by verifying and recording parts identification numbers through cross-referencing the Key part numbers with the manufacturer's part numbers
Prepares inventory for shipping using various freight services
Re-stamps parts with identification numbers after being refurbished
Maintains inventory reconciliation as directed to ensure all directly purchased parts are posted to the appropriate work order
Notates all stock as “stock items” and verifies removal of any stock items to be properly documented
Assigns all “new parts' 3 vendors with pricing of each vendor using the appropriate form to update CMMS
Maintains and informs supervisor and manager of updated vendor listing for CMMS purposes
Performs other duties as assigned
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma, or GED, or equivalent
Some related work experience is preferred
Good communication skills, both verbally and written
Strong organizational skills with time management and multi-tasking abilities
Proficient in the use of the computer
ASE-Master Parts Certification is a plus
