PT Senior Secretary (Finance)



Performs secretarial and bookkeeping duties for the Facilities Services department.
1. Prepares purchase requisitions, change orders,
vouchers, contract cover sheets, and other accounting forms for department.
2. Reconciles university credit card purchases, and prepares associated expense reports.
3. Processes deposits for payments.
4. Maintains event calendar, and sends weekly copies to other departments.
5. Provides secretarial support to departmental staff.
6. Maintains and updates departmental files and logs; updates departmental databases.
7. Prepares and organizes documents for annual property inventory.
8. Assists with answering phone and directing calls and visitors.
9. Sorts and distributes mail.
10. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
