Media Manager (Marketing)
Job Summary
Under direction of the Senior Marketing Creative Services Manager, the Media Manager develops the strategic vision as well as executes the details of media activation plans, monitors performance of campaign and gathers and evaluates insights to support marketing and promotional activities for all business-to-business and business-to-consumer lines of business (LOBs) at Associated Bank. The development of these plans requires thorough knowledge of the functional areas involved, the competitive environment, leading digital and traditional marketing strategies within the space and familiarity with the financials, goals and objectives of the units assigned.
Position does not have direct Profit & Loss responsibility, but shadow accountability for revenue growth and driving lower cost to serve/acquire. The position is expected to work closely with Digital Channel leaders as well as the Insights team in measuring and tracking performance and volumes against established goals. This position serves as a key liaison between marketing team members, digital/social team members and serves as the primary contact to our external media & agency partners.

Operates in full compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as applicable regulations and laws, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering requirements. Responsible to report any procedure or process that doesn't meet regulatory requirements including fraud, whether suspected or confirmed, to management. This reporting can be done directly to any member of management, including Human Resources or Corporate Security, or can be reported through Associated's anonymous Ethics Hotline.
