Head of Corporate Partnerships/Associate Vice President (Food Services)
Summary
The Head of Corporate Partnerships leads our Corporate Team in its ambitious objective to become a $100M team by 2020. This strategic role will partner with leaders for the Account Management & New Business teams to set annual goals—and update strategies, activities and KPIs on a quarterly basis to address growth opportunities and risks. This role requires experience in vision and goal setting—as well as experience in driving team initiatives that align with trends in corporate strategy, experiential brand marketing, volunteerism and social innovation. At the Associate Vice President level, the role will oversee the team's annual budgeting process, monitor and report on team progress toward revenue goals, and will help resolve key growth barriers that may affect team performance. The Head of Corporate Partnerships will advance innovation and forward thinking across the team, with a strong emphasis on external trends and networking as exemplified through their role leading the Corporate Council and presenting Save the Children as a leader in the sector through external panels and publications.
A member of the Resource Development (RD) Senior Management Team, the Head of Corporate Partnerships will be instrumental at contributing to division-wide efforts that advance Save the Children's positioning and fundraising efforts, even though such initiatives may not always directly contribute to its own business team results. Examples may include Big Bets, social enterprise capacity building and more.
