Contract Administrator (Legal)



Overview

We are seeking a Contract Administrator to provide direct legal and administrative support to Iatric Systems through the preparation, maintenance, and review of sales, business development, and professional service contracts, business associate and nondisclosure agreements, and all other applicable forms of legal documents under the guidance of General Counsel, while interacting and coordinating the actions of the Executive Leadership, Sales, and Legal Teams in a collegial and fast-paced environment.

Details

  • Maintain contract templates and standard operating procedures for contract preparation
  • Review approved quotes from sales team and prepare initial contract drafts from templates for delivery to customers
  • Follow standard operating procedures for preliminary contract revision requests from customers, including forwarding to General Counsel and/or other attorneys in the Legal Department for advanced negotiations
  • Develop detailed knowledge of Iatric contract terms and maintain library of acceptable negotiation compromises as pre-approved by General Counsel
  • Track negotiation status and provide status updates to Account Manager, Sales Director, and General Counsel
  • Develop and maintain communications in a cooperative and professional manner with all levels of staff and customers
  • Work directly with customers to address contract questions and concerns
  • Maintain and monitor the status of all outstanding contracts and advocate for the efficient and accurate resolution to meet customer and business needs
  • Support General Counsel and the Legal Department in various transactions
  • Assist with special projects as needed

Required Skills:

  • Strong PC/Mac and internet skills; proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, IE/Safari/Firefox, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat, with ability to learn additional software applications
  • Experience working with/supporting sales teams and detailed understanding of sales/contract processes
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills; superb communication and customer services skills, demonstrated time management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well with others from home office during business hours without interruption
  • Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited college or university with a B.S. or B.A., or equivalent work experience
  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle
  • High-speed internet accessibility from home office
  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in healthcare and/or software/IT industries a plus
  • Paralegal certificate or prior experience in a law firm or a corporate legal department a plus
