Global Customer Care and Experience (GCCX) organization continues to grow and evolve, and includes many change initiatives impacting processes, tools and globalization of roles and responsibilities. To ensure continued success, we are looking to hire a leader of GCCX Support Operations. The GCCX Support Operations leader will partners with Product to drive key investments in areas like New Product Introduction, Product Quality, to partner in end to end development. The role works with all levels of stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency on overall business strategy. The successful candidate for this position is comfortable rolling up their sleeves to execute programs and drives culture of accountability.
