Drug Screen Coordinator | Occupational Health | Beacon Medical Group (Finance)
JOB SUMMARY
Reports to the Practice Manager. Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures, coordinates the alcohol and drug screen process in compliance with federal, state, local requirements and DOT regulations when applicable. Ensures that drug and alcohol screening results are communicated to clients/patients accurately and in a timely manner. Focus:

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Education and Experience
The knowledge, skills and abilities as indicated below are normally acquired through the successful completion of a high school diploma or equivalent; Must have or obtain drug and alcohol testing and MRO-A certifications within one year from hire.
Knowledge & Skills
Demonstrates high level of interpersonal and communication skills necessary to communicate effectively and to consistently interact with clients, co-workers and other contacts in a professional manner.
Must be detail oriented with knowledge of office procedures and computer skills.
Demonstrates strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
Promotes collaboration and utilizes excellent customer service skills to ensure that client needs are met in a professional manner.
