Position Summary
Identity Governance Administration (IGA) is a sub-discipline within Identity Access Management & Governance, Information Security. This discipline is responsible for reviewing and enforcing identity security controls; mapping IAM functions to compliance requirements and supporting risk-compliance reporting. The Analyst Information Security (Identity Governance) is tasked to successfully lead the activities defined through cross-functional collaborations with IT and IS departments, and effective partnership with line-of-business stakeholders.
What You'll Do
Conduct regularly cadenced access management reviews.
Review and responding to IT Risks Request-For-Comments.
Ensure internal users have appropriate entitlements and correct mappings to relevant applications, resources, and data.
Work with cross-functional peers and project management stakeholders in on-boarding and integrating applications onto identity & privileged access managements systems.
Draft IS-IAM policy aligned responses to regulatory audit findings.
Review relevant KPI/KRI metrics.
Co-represent Access-Management remediation activities and access-management operational lifecycle when needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred
3+ years of experience in a tier 2 or higher position in an Identity Access Management role
Intermediate-to-advance experience in Identity Governance tools such as SailPoint Identity IQ, SailPoint, Identity Now, or equivalent
Ability to conduct Access Management Reviews at the enterprise level
Experience with compliance and audit of SOX applications

Compensation
The estimated salary range for this role is $59,000.00 - $77,000.00, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills and experience.
