WestWorld Assistant General Manager (Finance)



M Culinary Concepts, 2023 TOP COMPANIES TO WORK FOR and GREAT PLACES TO WORK winner, is searching for the next fun and enthusiastic Assistant General Manager for our WestWorld (WW) location whose passion for Excellence rivals their hunger for phenomenal food.

Day in the life of a WW Assistant General Manager:
This position will manage all Food & Beverage (F&B) operations at our Westworld facility located in Scottsdale, AZ. Your responsibilities will encompass all aspects of food service for events on property, and facilities management of on-site concession stands and the banquet venue, Monterra. You will represent M Culinary as the primary contact for all event producers.

A day in the life of the WW AGM will include managing food and beverage operations for events of all sized and scopes, from Horse Shows to Bike Week and everything in-between. This position will oversee and coach all staffing including managers, hourly team, and contractors. Your day will include everything from ensuring events are on budget to ensuring facilities are in good working order and prepared for upcoming events. You will have constant communication with vendors, the city of Scottsdale, the M Culinary Finance, Sales, and Culinary Teams.

Financial responsibilities will include managing cash, POS management, deposits and working with our Accounting Team for reconciliation.

Qualifications:
These are some of the qualities we hope you can bring to the table (pun intended).

5+ years previous Food & Beverage and Concessions management experience
Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles
Strong ability to assess skills, effect change, and lead in a high volume, fast-paced environment
Computer Savvy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Valid driver's license and must be able to pass company vehicle driver qualification
State of AZ Title 4 Alcohol Certification for Management
Self-starter who is motivated to learn and grow
Able to work both independently as well as within a team
