You have an eagle eye when it comes to the details, and love flexing your creative muscles to help put a branded touch to marketing assets. You're self-motivated and love seeing a project through, from start to finish. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage invoicing and settle billing discrepancies with vendors
  • Provide budget forecasts based on planned projects and offer recommendations to control costs
  • Collaborate with teams to develop and improve marketing content deliverables

Successful cross-team communication and cross-departmental collaboration is important. This role will work closely with all BH teams, including:

  • Experience managing multiple projects, preferably in a creative/marketing/advertising capacity
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
  • Familiarity with real estate and multifamily operations (conventional + student housing) is ideal, but not a deal breaker. We're great teachers.

  • Happily autonomous with healthy communication skills. You love to work your project plans independently, and you keep everyone in your sphere informed of your progress.
  • Incredible awareness of event deadlines and milestones. You understand when and in what order things need to happen and you can weave the right plan for any scenario.
