The Quality Control Program Coordinator is responsible for the management and execution of stability studies in the Quality Control Laboratory. This position sets up stability studies, performs stability pulls, tracks stability testing, ships samples to contract labs and creates stability reports. The Quality Control Program Coordinator also acts as a liaison between the Quality Control Laboratory and its internal and external customers. Additional responsibilities will include tracking QC testing, managing project commitments, following through on action items, coordinating analytical teleconferences and participate in problem solving of issues. This position applies job skills and company's policies and procedures to complete a wide range of challenging tasks. The position works on assignments that are non-routine where judgment is required in resolving problems and making routine recommendations and working on problems of diverse scope in which analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
