Production Transaction Coordinator (Finance)
The focus of this individual will be to ensure a safe, organized, and productive operation during their scheduled shift, while acting as a resource for effective Oracle use throughout the facility. They will be trained to function as an Oracle super user in multiple disciplines and will be responsible for establishing a cadence of communication with managers, supervisors, and operators to address training needs throughout the facility and facilitate resolution of Oracle related challenges.

Experience and Education
The incumbent must possess three to five years demonstrated experience in a manufacturing environment with knowledge of plant operations. An Associates or Bachelor's degree is highly desirable but not required. Effective human resources skills, including written and oral communications, are critical to obtain expected results and to enhance the team concept of the operation.
Functional and Technical Skills
Supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment is preferred as is experience within coatings or automotive. A high aptitude for learning and utilizing computer applications is also necessary.
