Greet Team Manager (Santa Fe) (Project Management)
The Greet Team Manager is responsible for DRIVING net membership growth at their Club. You sit in the DRIVERS seat. You will lead and DEVELOP greet team members down a path of excellence and success while DELIGHTING new members, tackling goals with DRIVE, intensity and passion. You and your team are relentless about finding out every DETAIL about our prospective members so that you can get them started on their fitness journey and goals. You are the DRIVING force behind the growth of your club, your team and our members. Essential Functions & Responsibilities o Achieve all Club monthly sales goals o Achieve monthly non-member closing percentage o Achieve retail sales revenue goals including drinks, bars, etc. o Oversee membership sales initiatives including open houses, special membership events, promotions, closeouts, etc. o Work closely with marketing team to drive membership promotions o Achieve net membership growth through leading effective in-club collection efforts o Resolve and report all incidents of inappropriate behavior being displayed o Create a positive culture for your team that creates an exceptionally friendly and delightful environment for our members and guests o Capture and retain details on all new membership leads from website, APP, walk-ins, telephone inquiries and other marketing sources o Responsible for maintaining a clean, professional presentation at all times o Recruit, hire, train, motivate and retain a fully staffed and a highly functioning team o Schedule and complete weekly training sessions with your team to include, greetings, hospitality, membership price presentation, membership tours, telephone inquiries, etc. o Other duties as assigned Qualificationso Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related field, preferred o Proven ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written o Must have a valid New Mexico drivers license (with acceptable driving record) and own means of transportation (registered and insured) o Must have managerial experience in service, health, fitness or related industry o Must be able to provide excellent internal and external customer service o Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-pace work environment o PC literate, including Microsoft Office and various other products such as CSI, QuickBooks, etc. o Must have a valid CPR/AED certification, including infant and child, within the first 45 days of employment and maintain valid certification throughout employment o Must be able to work weekends and evenings as needed Physical Requirements o Must be able to stand/walk for up to eight (8) hours at a time o Must be able to sit for long periods of time o Must be able to lift and carry approximately 50 pounds Must be able to perform the following tasks: walk, squat, bend, stoop, stand, listen, read and write
