Joint Senior All-Source Intelligence Analyst SME, #4080 (Project Management)
Develop a transition strategy, to include a construction plan, for standing up the USSPACECOM J2, integrating elements from external organizations to USSPACECOM, to include incorporation of subordinate organizations (Ops Centers, Staff Directorates, etc.); be prepared for follow-on absorption of the USSTRATCOM Space enterprise; Focus areas are: Analysis, Targeting, Planning support
Provide intelligence analysis support to USSPACECOM by providing analysis, assessments, warning, and all combat functions (including attack assessment, attribution, targeting, battle damage assessment) to support USSPACECOM activities, including differing assessments from the integrated intelligence team
Develop, collect, recommend, and maintain Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIR) to support the commander's decision-making process; support the development and response to USSPACECOM Commander's Critical Information Requirements (CCIR's);
Provide indications and warning; Space Domain Awareness (SDA); assessments of our adversary's readiness, disposition, capabilities, readiness, and intent to enable global and theater effects in space domain and protect and defend our own space capabilities
Build, maintain, and provide understanding of foreign and adversary policy, doctrine, capabilities, and intent; identify current threats, changes that pose emerging threats, and opportunities to counter adversary activity in the space domain, to include Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment (JIPOE)
Perform intelligence planning and Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment (JIPOE) in support of campaign, deliberate, and crisis action planning; synchronize and coordinate JIPOE and the development of Enemy Courses of Action (ECOA) among DoD, IC and Allies and Partners
In collaboration with J5, coordinate with Allies/Coalition partners on intelligence issues associated with space, when appropriate; lead the development of USSPACECOM Command PIRs and EEIs
Provide recurring staffing support to include staffing packages, responding to tasks, and integration and coordination (e.g. e-staffing, memos, Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), point papers, issue papers, briefings, quad charts, spreadsheets; work and coordinate with external agencies, Headquarter staff sections, and other subject matter experts (SMEs) to consolidate inputs from multiple organizations, and synchronize battle rhythm events supporting the CDR, USSPACECOM
