The Administrative Assistant (Payroll) is responsible for general administrative duties as well all processing payroll and providing additional accounting support for the General Manager and Operations staff.
This is a Part-Time MTM Transit position is located at our office in Reno, NV.
Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
Previous administrative experience preferred
Previous accounting and payroll experience preferred
Must be advanced in the use of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Access and Excel
Knowledge of Power Point a plus
Competency Based Qualifications:
Exemplary organizational skills
Ability to relate to a wide range of requests
Ability to handle multiple tasks and situations
Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
Regular attendance is required
