The Opportunity
We're currently hiring a Medical Assistant for our outpatient Family Medicine Clinic in Albuquerque, NM, proudly serving City of Albuquerque employees and their families (adults and children). Youll also have the unique opportunity to serve patients where they arethrough our Mobile Unit Clinic that brings care directly to City worksites.
This is a Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM scheduleno nights, weekends, or 12-hour shiftsso you can focus fully on your patients during the day and go home each evening knowing youve provided the best care possible.

What You'll Do
Perform phlebotomy, EKGs, vital signs, and other tests as ordered.Assist physicians with procedures, dressing changes, and patient care needs.Coordinate follow-up test results, referrals, and medication refills with patients.Support nurses with coding, claims, and general clinic functions.Schedule patient appointments, answer phones, and manage medical records.Maintain clean and sterilized equipment and instruments.Provide excellent communication and support to both patients and staff.
