PURPOSE:
This position is responsible for providing quality and professional technical support to Sunquest employees. Responsible for performing system generation of new desktops and laptops, hardware upgrades and data conversions, hardware troubleshooting assistance, peripheral troubleshooting, and other support issues that are related to end-user systems.

Work is performed in a normal office setting with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards; substantial time is spent working on a computer.
