IT Business Liaison, IB, Business Training and Technology (AVP) NY (Finance)
We Offer The opportunity to join Credit Suisse's (CS) Investment Bank (IB) division's Business Training & Technology team. The team is based in NY, Raleigh, London and Warsaw that serves as subject matter specialists for Capital Markets & Advisory (formerly IBCM)-specific and Credit Suisse applications and processes. In addition, the team serves as the IT business liaison between investment bankers and GCIO, CS' IT division.
Responsibilities:
Work with team members to project handle IT rollouts / system upgrades within IBCM for both GCIO-owned and IBCM-owned applications.
Carry out reviews and approvals for system access.
Serve as a critical issue point for staff with queries / issues that have not or cannot be resolved via standard IT help channels.
Build communications and "quick reference guide" materials for meaningful system maintenance and upgrades.
Serve as a subject-matter guide for IBCM's customer relationship manager system, document management system and other IBCM-specific applications, including new products such as Salesforce and Zoom.
Ensure new joiners and leavers are onboard and off-boarded based on established procedures.

Strong written and verbal communication skills which will help convey complex/technical concepts in a structured and clear manner.
Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to interact with partners at all title levels.
Willingness to work as a team to share knowledge and strive for continual improvement, in addition to sharing workload during peak times.
Ability to adapt and perform in a fast paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP or Index/Match, pivot tables, advanced formulas) and PowerPoint is a plus!
Hardworking, result oriented, self-starter with ability to work under pressure.
