Billing Analyst (Transportation)

Flagger Force, an industry leader in traffic control, is currently hiring a Billing Analyst. This position will work out of our corporate campus located in Hummelstown, PA.
The Billing Analyst is primarily responsible for all aspects of the weekly billing process. This includes processing data, creating invoices and auditing work, communicating with clients, understanding and using the automated billing process on a regular basis, and maintaining electronic files while acting in accordance with company values, vision and mission.

Primary Responsibilities:
Organize and sort data for invoice creation; run weekly reportsPerform bookkeeping; create invoices and enter invoices into billing system in a timely and accurate mannerEnter data into client based systemsIdentifies and resolves discrepancies and billing issues for clients; understand when to seek guidance from supervisor on more complex issuesCommunicate to clients any changes made to invoicesResearch and resolve billing questions, complaints and grievancesCommunicate to payroll team any changes made that affect hours workedFamiliarize self with billing policies and consistently apply themProcess the hours reconciliation report and resolve any discrepanciesPerform special projects as needed or assigned by Supervisor or Senior ManagementAttend and participate in various department meetings as necessary
