Pulls pallets and cleans product bays on a rotating basis. Cleans and sanitizes work areas and equipment according to the established time constraints and quality standards. Demonstrates a strong understanding of the sanitation cycle consistent with HACCP, USDA and GMP guidelines. Follows guidelines for proper use and safety of chemicals and equipment. Demonstrates a sense of urgency regarding daily duties: cleaning, washing, dusting, organizing, mopping, sweeping and trash removal. Complies with GMP rules and regulations. Takes ownership of food safety standards and prevents cross contamination. Safely operates all warehouse equipment to prevent damages or injuries. Consistently comes to work on time and as per scheduled. Other duties as assigned.
