Technical Support Analyst (Information Technology)

Colorado PERA's Information Technology team is growing and we need help! Do you have experience providing front line support for internal employees in a Virtual Desktop environment, or are you willing to learn on the job? Are you familiar with Active Directory, network cabling, O365, and other desktop applications? Please apply if you have and if not, well, still apply; we are happy to work with teachable folks who are eager to learn new skills and systems.
This position provides front-line support to all PERA employees. Asking appropriate probing questions to assess the situation. Utilizing knowledge and resource documents to diagnose and resolve issues quickly.
