Be able to handle multi-tasking duties. Required to successfully pass annual vision screening. The Technical Services Team Member objective is to assign testing, review incoming raw material certificates for compliance and ensure they contain the necessary quality assurance and customer provisions and specification criteria to release materials to production, prepare Laboratory Quality Notification (LQN) packages as necessary. Various quality issues related to internal non-Conformances, product returns, supplier issues, customer complaints and corrective action requests with clear and concise reports to the customer. Participate on cross functional team projects to improve the overall organization and to develop a career path and leadership, with coaching and assistance by the Material Control Laboratory Manager.
