Human Resources Assistant (Personal Services)
To assist with Human Resources administrative functions that include Recruiting, Affirmative Action Compliance, Workers' Compensation, Benefits and Payroll, and Employee Relations
•Prepare and maintain employee personnel files, training, and disciplinary documents
•Assist with recruiting for positions as assigned. Recruiting includes: (1) OFCCP compliance, (2) Electronic applicant tracking, (3) Reviewing resumes/applications, (4) Pre-screening Applicants, (5) Assisting with diversity outreach, (6) Greeting Interviewees, assisting them with navigating our facilities during interviews, and discussing an overview of Stealth Benefits, (7) Testing and scoring interviewees, when applicable, (8) Extending offers, (9) Processing pre-employment requirements, and (10) Completing/maintaining all required documentation
•Assist with employee relations including investigations, documentation and follow-up
•Assist management and employees with time and attendance system, scheduling and recordkeeping
•Assist management and employees with basic interpretation of HR policies and procedures
•Schedule and prepare material for meetings
•Maintain confidentiality at all times
•Special projects as assigned
•Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management
•Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment
•Work effectively with all Stealth departments to exceed internal and external expectations
•Stealth retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary
•Must be a team player, professional, detail-oriented, organized, and honest
Must have the ability to:
•Multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment
Must have:
•Relentless drive to achieve advancement and continuous improvement
•High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
•Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
•Excellent attention to detail
•High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
•At least 3 years of experience in an Administrative or Human Resources role
•4 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or Human Resources role
•High School Diploma or GED
•Associate's or Bachelor's in Human Resources or Management field
