Senior Talent Development Program Manager
The Talent Development department is seeking a Senior Talent Development Program Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of global TD programs: development, implementation, adoption, and maintenance. These programs enable the attraction, retention, and development of our talent through business-focused efficient and innovative solutions. Key responsibilities include defining and implementing program plans, budgets, and schedules, and coordinating content, resources, and materials. The position is located at the National Instruments HQ based in Austin TX, recently named the “Best Place to Live” by US News for the 2nd straight year.
