Responsible to learn to utilize Programs for trouble shooting
Responsible for monitoring/repairing operational status of all electronic/electrical equipment functionality and required to maintain documentation as needed
Responsible for troubleshooting all electronic/electrical equipment related problems
Responsible for maintaining operational status of all electronic/electrical equipment
Responsible for maintaining positive posture in all safety programs and activities
Participate as required maintenance improvement activities (i.e., CIT, MADE, RCA and CAPEX)
Research and recommend new and replacement electronic/electrical hardware
Dynamically analyze spare parts levels and recommend quantity requirements related to the electronic equipment
Accurately document work history in SAP up to and including entering and closing out work orders
Must be flexible and show the ability to work within changing business conditions and technologies
Must be able and possess the ability to lead by example
Strong organizational, planning, interpersonal and communication skills while working collaboratively with others without line authority
Demonstrate problem solving and decision-making skills
Responsible for making rounds in their areas of responsibilities and completing necessary documentation daily
Responsible for Electrical delays in your area of responsibility
Responsible for scanning out all repair parts used from capital spares and Stores inventory during their shift
Accountable for the following:
Safety (i.e., PPE, LOTO, OSHA regulations)
Completing all environmental standards and regulations
Completing work assignments
Work order completion including times and comments
Attending Safety meetings
Time management (KRONOS)
5S in shop and mill
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE
Language skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Mathematical skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Reasoning ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
Basic knowledge of PLC's and VFD's
Basic Electrical and Mechanical comprehension
Must be able to read and understand AC/DC electrical schematics
Must be able to troubleshoot AC/DC electrical control circuits
Must have knowledge of motor inspection, operation, and troubleshooting
Ability to work on overhead cranes in extreme heights and environmental conditions
Must be willing to progress though site training
EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND CERTIFICATIONS
Associates degree in electronics or substantial work toward completion of electrical or electronic degree, required
Must have a minimum 3+ years' experience in industrial electrical/electronic maintenance
Basic knowledge of the following: CMMS (SAP), RS Logix/ControlLogix, Siemans AutoMate/AutoMax, HMI software/screen development, RSView and Wonder Ware
Must be proficient in Microsoft Applications
