Your Hours and Location: Applicants must be available to work between the hours of 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM M-F. (Please note these hours will reflect either Pacific Standard Time or Eastern Standard Time). Our Phoenix office is conveniently located just off the I-17 at the Dunlap exit near the Metro Center.

The Reservation Specialist I will be the liaison between the customer and internal/external providers via epic e-procurement system and other reservation platforms. They will perform needs assessment, gather and presenting housing options, and initiate the booking process.

What Your Day Is Like
• Respond to a large volume of requests for housing options
• Administer ongoing lead management: create leads from incoming calls and check status of pending leads
• Partner with internal and external providers
• Act as resource for traditional and alternative housing solutions to convert opportunities into move-ins
• Adhere to customer and supplier rules regarding confidentiality and neutrality
• Utilize customer-specific software, if applicable
• Respond to all internal/external emails within needed response time
