Role Description
The Government Affairs team manages Guardian's relationship with government officials at the local, state and/or federal level through the following:
Projects in this internship may include legislative research, committee hearing reports, original biographies and other related research. To maximize the intern's opportunities and experience, the successful candidate will be asked to attend and report out on hearings on Capitol Hill and trade association meetings. Preference to candidates with strong analytical skills and ability to communicate crisply. ~Housing is not provided~
Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization. F-1 visa holders with Optional Practical Training (OPT) who will require H-1B status, TNs, or current H-1B visa holders will not be considered. H1-B and green card sponsorship is not available for this position.
