Sr Digital Mktng Specialist (Finance)



This position is based in our Charlotte, NC, and reports to the Director of Digital Marketing, Honeywell ESS, and will play a vital role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies that align with our business objectives. Your expertise will help drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation through various digital channels.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. Be part of a global business unit that develops comprehensive customer marketing project briefs that inform all outbound marketing programs for the ESS business.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Launch and execute accounts-based marketing (ABM) campaigns including segmentation, positioning, messaging, creative concepts, campaign books, content strategy, customer journey, asset production, content approval, and campaign deployment in paid, earned shared and owned (PESO) channels to generate marketing generated pipeline (MGP).

• Analyze our competitive landscape and customer insights to develop strategic marketing plans.

• Understand customer needs to develop messaging and content that will encourage prospects down the marketing funnel.

• Build audience lists from existing data to drive targeting and communications.

• Qualify leads in Salesforce and share details with the appropriate sales teams.

• Build enablement materials to help our sales teams drive revenue across the business.

• Develop compelling brand content and stories with internal and external creatives across all channels and formats

• Partner with business leads, offering management, sales excellence and external agencies to implement integrated programs surrounding key solutions, products and services.

• Drive the transformation to a digital-first marketing approach with a key emphasis on web, marketing automation, digital content marketing and demand generation.

• Utilize data to support overall marketing strategies including ROI, campaign effectiveness, marketing channel optimization and customer insight mining.

• Leverage data and analysis to assess the impact and performance of marketing tactics and conduct A/B testing to identify best practices.

• Document current marketing workflows and processes

• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the Customer Marketing function

• Act as a central hub for communication, ensuring information flows effectively between various Mtkg. Team members, creative teams, external vendors and other stakeholders

• Minimum of five years working experience with customer marketing programs in B2B.

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Marketo, Salesforce and PowerBI and or alternative

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong English skills (written and verbal).
