In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the department through the daily supervision and coordination of staff and departmental operations in an efficient and cost-effective manner, while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for department planning and budgeting. You will also be responsible for proactively handling performance management; providing coaching, counseling, staff development and recognition.
Successful candidates should have the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:
Associates or Bachelors degree in a related area or equivalent work experience
Strong working knowledge of distribution center operations
Previous leadership experience; coaching, performance management and developing skills
Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent prioritization, organizational, and time management skills
Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication and strong presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to champion change and be self-directed and flexible
Project Management experience
Knowledge and understanding of Lands' End philosophy, policies and procedures
