NRT LLC is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to be based at our worldwide headquarters in Madison, NJ.. This individual is responsible for fulfilling the day-to-day creative and administrative support of marketing staff and independent sales associates for local companies. This position will assist with personal and property marketing, design property brochures and postcards, and assist with local networking and educational events. You will play a critical role within luxury marketing and help market some of the most prestigious properties in the Midwest.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide direct marketing support which includes advertising coordination and placement, luxury marketing collateral facilitation and general customer service support to affiliated real estate agents with luxury properties
Work with various internal resources and external vendors to deliver ready for market luxury marketing pieces including coordinating the fulfillment of advertising space in many print channels
The ability to design and make revisions using a variety of programs including Powerpoint, Excel, InDesign, and project management software is a critical aspect of this position.
Expeditiously coordinate specific advertising allocations and opportunities for local publications.
Together with other team members, participate in events and webinars to educate both internal and external stakeholders about the global luxury marketing program's features and benefits.
Engage with vendor and vendor relationships to accurately fulfill publications, bill invoices, and manage other print needs.
Provide direct support to agents/offices/marketing team including creation of individualized marketing plans for luxury homes.
Qualifications:
This role requires you to work across functions and departments to support multiple marketing programs including the luxury marketing program. You will be constantly interacting with teammates and affiliated sales associates so the ability to multi-task with a sense of urgency but with accuracy is important.
Ideal candidate would possess a marketing generalist skill set with experience in print advertising, writing, editing, and proofing, and project management
Experience in an agency, real estate or franchised service organization is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office specifically Outlook, Word and Excel, and Adobe Suite such as Photoshop and InDesign
Ability to multi-task, handle competing priorities and work in a deadline driven environment
3-5 years in an administrative or customer service role preferred
Education
Bachelor's degree with a preference for marketing discipline preferred. Marketing related commensurate experience will also be considered.
