CSN-Lincoln is looking for a multi-talented and strengths-focused HR Manager to provide leadership in the development and execution of HR strategies that support CSN's mission, principles and goals. Possessing unique recruiting and retention techniques, strong, self-directed time management skills and extensive knowledge of on-boarding and employee engagement will be crucial to the position. Additionally, ability to manage and maintain the HRIS system (Kronos) and strong employee relations skills will be essential. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8a-5p.
