Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Willow Haven Healthcare & Rehabilitation. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their health and well-being while contributing to our mission of family-focused care.

Starting pay for this position is $35 an hour
Shifts available: Night Shift
Current schedules include Three (3) shifts a week
We have flexible set scheduling options for employees seeking Part Time, Full Time or As Needed (PRN) employment. These schedules typically include working every other weekend but there are limited schedules that currently do not include any weekend shifts. We can work with you to ensure you have a supportive work environment while maintaining your current lifestyle.

Responsibilities
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.Monitor patient health and provide updates to the healthcare team.Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.Perform assessments, including vital signs and medical history evaluations.Educate patients and families on health management and wellness practices.Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records.
